Knotkar products are handcrafted with care. A little attention will help keep your handmade pieces looking beautiful for longer.

• Keep products away from excessive moisture and prolonged direct sunlight.
• Dust gently using a soft, dry cloth, soft brush, or low-suction vacuum where suitable.
• For minor stains, gently spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
• Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning products.
• Do not soak or machine wash products unless specifically mentioned on the product page.
• Allow products to air dry naturally and keep them completely dry before use or storage.
• Avoid excessive pulling, stretching or rough handling of knots, cords, fringes and other delicate details.
• Store unused products in a clean, dry place, away from moisture and pests.

Handmade Note:
Each Knotkar piece is individually handcrafted, so slight variations in colour, texture, knots, dimensions and finish are natural. These unique characteristics are part of the beauty of handmade products.
